An eclipse Is an astronomical mystery of universe which happens when one object comes into the path of another while crossing the earth. It occurs only when all the objects come into a straight line.
This Sun’s mystery result from an unlikely coincidence of nature. In orbit 240,000 miles from the earth, the moon appears almost exactly the same size in the sky as the sun, which is 93 million miles away. The moon usually misses the sun on its 28th day passage around the sky because its orbital plane slightly inclined to that of earth, but every 18 months or so the moon passes directly between the earth and the sun.
Somewhere in the world, a primordial mystery unfolds in the sky. The moon begins to eat into the sun’s disk, producing an ever-narrowing solar crescent.
As a result shadows gradually sharpen, colors soften, and the landscape and sky darken. The sun gives of warmth and like is suddenly gone leaving only a black hole in the sky, fringed by the pick flame like prominences of the chromospheres and framed by the pearly glow of corona.
The sight of mystery leaves its mark for years and make many humans think about the change of universe from such mysteries…
